Standard Height Posts

A / 44” Double Rail Post & B / 18” Single Rail Post

Heavy Duty High Strength Rail

Engineered for tough in-plant environments, our 12″ high-strength rail is built from premium hot-rolled, cold-formed 11-gauge steel. Its rigid two-rib profile delivers enhanced durability and superior impact resistance.

Flexibility

A cane bolt pin can be removed from either hinge, allowing the gate to swing open in either direction. Removing both pivot pins enables the entire section to be quickly detached and set aside, providing temporary access as needed.

Color Choice

Our standard colors are Traffic Safety Yellow and Bright Safety Yellow. Custom colors are available upon request, though they may affect both the cost and lead time of your system.

Corner Caps

This closure cap provides a clean, seamless transition at corners, enhancing the overall appearance with a more polished look.

End Flares

This optional wrap-around flare provides a visually appealing finish at the end of a guardrail run, creating a smooth and professional termination.

Mounting Options

The versatile post design works for both straight and corner installations. Guardrails can be mounted from the front, side, or using removable brackets to meet varying access and strength requirements.
